Teacher / Ahmed Haggag

My name is Ahmed Haggag Ahmed. I am a medical doctor and a passionate Qur’an teacher with a strong focus on Tajweed and proper recitation.
Since 2021, I’ve been teaching Qur’an to both Arabic and non-Arabic speakers, helping students from different nationalities learn how to recite the Qur’an correctly. I conduct my lessons both online and in person, and I always try to make learning engaging and accessible, especially for international learners.
I hold an Ijazah (certification) in Qur’anic recitation, and I have also participated as a Qur’an memorization evaluator in various local and international competitions, including the Port Said International Competition. In addition, I’ve completed a full recitation of the Qur’an from memory during Taraweeh prayers.
Arabic is my mother tongue, and my English level is B1+, which allows me to teach and communicate effectively with non-Arabic speaking students. I’m also skilled in using online teaching platforms like Zoom and Google Meet, and I often use interactive tools like Wordwall to enhance the learning experience.
I graduated from Al-Azhar University in 2023 with a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery, and I always try to balance my medical career with my love for teaching the Qur’an.
